A spacious 6 bedroom villa accommodating up to 12 people, located in a quiet, countryside hamlet approximately 7.5km from the cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura. The elevated position provides panoramic views to the coastline. The villa is comfortably furnished in a classic style with large rooms, expansive terraces, and a large, enclosed garden with lawned area and private swimming pool.

This property is built over three floors, is alarmed, and has the benefit of recently fitted air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout. Parking for multiple cars is provided on the private driveway of the property.

The nearby resort of Vilamoura has a total of 5, top class golf courses to choose from along with many other sporting facilities including a tennis centre, lawn bowls, athletics track and stadium. The centre of the resort is a large 1,000 berth marina, surrounded with a variety of International restaurants, boutiques and bars, as well as a casino. You can partake in a number of water based activities including, water sports, boat tours and fishing trips. There are two beaches located either side of the marina, both of which have a selection of fabulous beach restaurants where you can enjoy an evening meal whilst enjoying the sunset.

The Living Areas

A bright and spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large LCD TV with cable TV channels, including many English speaking channels, and a dining table with 10 chairs. Two sets of patio doors open out to the full length covered dining terrace and BBQ area which features stunning panoramic views to the coastline with access down to the garden and pool area from staircases at either end of the terrace. The terrace is furnished with two dining tables and 12 chairs for those al fresco evening meals or lazy breakfasts.

Adjacent to the dining area and also with direct access out to the full length covered dining terrace and BBQ area is the fully equipped kitchen with two fridge freezers, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and blender along with all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering holiday for up to 12 people.

There is a laundry area with washing machine and guest cloakroom located on this level.

The lower ground floor consists of a second living room with lounge, dining and games areas equipped with a full size pool table and patio doors leading out to the pool and garden area.

The Bedrooms

One bedroom is located on the ground level, the spacious Master suite, with a double bed, dressing area and private bathroom with double sinks, a jacuzzi corner bath and separate walk in shower.

Two twin bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has an en suite shower room. Both rooms have patio doors that take you put to a large, shared, sunny terrace to sit and admire those fabulous panoramic views.

Three Twin bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor level of the property, two of which have patio doors that take you directly out to the swimming pool area. Two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, there is an additional shower room on this level which the third bedroom can use.

Outside Areas

The large garden with private swimming pool (measuring approximately 9m x 4m with depths from 1m to 2m) and pool side shower is the perfect spot to unwind on your peaceful Algarve holiday. With a nice lawn area for children to play and plenty of sunbeds for everyone to relax not forgetting those beautiful views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the coastline.
