Living areas

On entering the property, you are welcomed into the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, blender and espresso coffee machine.

Approximately 10 steps take you down to a bright, air-conditioned, living and dining room where Fibre Internet keeps you connected. Decorated and furnished to a high standard with modern seating for both dining and lounging in front of the large wall-mounted TV with a wide range of "Lazer" cable TV channels, including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV and a sound bar, perfect for movie nights. Large sliding doors open onto the poolside decking area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Three en-suite bedrooms are located on different levels, upstairs from the entrance and kitchen level. The fourth bedroom is downstairs on the lower level of the property.

The master suite is located on the top floor. It has a super king size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), a separate dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a private terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding gardens.

Bedroom two is a double room (bed 1.40m x 1.90m) with double wardrobes, and en-suite shower room. This bedroom benefits with access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area.

Bedroom three is a twin room with a separate dressing area, en-suite shower room and views of the golf course.

The fourth bedroom, located on the lower level, below the living room, is furnished with three single beds.

This level of the property also has a shower room/ guest cloakroom, an office, kitchenette and laundry room (A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided for your use.)

Outdoor living

The private infinity swimming pool with entry steps measures approximately 9m x 5m and is bordered on one side by the pleasant terrace area which benefits from views out over the lake and gardens. Partially covered, the pool terrace provides areas with the choice of sun or shade. Sun loungers, a parasol and pool towels are provided.

The dining area and adjacent gas barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals, on warm summer evenings.

On the top floor of the villa, the private roof terrace with jacuzzi overlooks the surrounding area with golf course in the distance.
