Living areas

The entrance hall leads to a bright, open plan, air-conditioned living and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and patio doors opening onto the poolside garden terrace. Fibre Internet keeps you connected, and Lazer cable TV gives you a wide range of cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV. 

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including an fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and a blender.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available for guests' use.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, everyone gets their own space. Hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

Upstairs, the Master bedroom with TV and en suite shower room has its own private south-facing terrace.

Bedroom Two is a twin bedroom, with a south-facing balcony and adjacent bathroom.

Bedroom Three is located on the ground floor with access via patio doors to the poolside terrace. This is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Outdoor living

The private outdoor area is the heart of this villa with extensive, well maintained gardens that wrap around the property and provide plenty of spaces to enjoy.

The private swimming pool (approx. 8m x 4m) with entry steps, is surrounded by a terrace with both sunny and shaded areas, so you can choose to sunbathe or relax in the shade. Multiple seating areas, sun loungers, an outside shower and pool towels are provided.

The built-in gas barbecue and large dining table are ideal for Algarve warm summer evenings with alfresco dining.

Guests receive Vale do Lobo guest cards, giving:

• Free use of the resort shuttle and free entry to the Well Beach Club pool (June to September, weather permitting)
• Up to 60% off public green fees at the Royal and Ocean courses, plus discounts on equipment hire and the Tennis Academy
• 10% off Royal Spa treatments, with 50% off the spa circuit in winter (1 November to 21 March)
• 5% off restaurants, bars and shops in the resort
