The Living Areas

The living room is furnished with a comfortable L shaped sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and has a TV with many English speaking cable TV channels. There are two sets of patio doors opening out to the private garden area with views to the pool and garden. 

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, espresso coffee machine and all the crockery and utensils you will require for a self-catering holiday.

There is a separate shower room located on this floor.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom four is on the ground floor and is furnished with twin beds.

Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Bedroom one is furnished with twin beds and has an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom two is a double bedroom with sliding patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with sea views.

Bedroom three is also furnished with twin beds.

There is a separate family bathroom located on this floor.

Outside Areas

The small garden has a brick built BBQ and a lawn area to the side of the house. The shaded terrace is furnished with a table and 8 chairs for Al Fresco dining. The pool is 8m x 4m and there is plenty of space for the 8 sunbeds on the poolside terrace. There is an exterior shower. Double entrance gates lead to a private shaded parking area.
