The Living Areas
The living room is comfortably furnished, with air conditioning, a smart TV with MEO cable channels and Netflix, and fibre Wi-Fi throughout. It flows through to a dining room that seats 6 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. A refurbished bathroom is also on hand, with an overhead shower, walk-in shower, sink and WC.
Guests are also provided with hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, and a safety deposit box for valuables.
The Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 also has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outside Areas
Outside, you'll find a generously sized swimming pool, a freestanding gas BBQ, and an outdoor dining area, all set within a newly landscaped garden. Pool towels are provided throughout your stay.

How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
