Living Areas

Walk in from the entrance hall and the lounge and dining space opens up ahead, with doors out to the upper balcony and a view across the pool. There's plenty of sofa seating, a wall-mounted TV with cable channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, and a bar with four stools. A second seating corner with a table and two chairs offers somewhere quieter, and the dining table seats eight.

The kitchen has bright red worktops and a good range of equipment: an American-style fridge freezer, integrated oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs with an extractor, plus a toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A breakfast table seats four, and patio doors lead onto the balcony. There's also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Laundry is downstairs in the utility room, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi come as standard in the rental rate.

The Bedrooms

Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, and each has split-unit air conditioning, an en suite bathroom and a balcony.

Two bedrooms are on the entrance level.

Bedroom one is a double made up of two single beds together, with fitted wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom, and patio doors to a shaded balcony with a sunbed and parasol.

Bedroom two is a twin with a large flat-screen TV and an en suite shower room with double vanities, and its balcony has a stone table and benches.

Upstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom three is a twin with an en suite shower room, which has a spa shower and double vanities, and a balcony with a sunbed.

The master suite is also two single beds together, with fitted wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, a safe, a media desk and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. It has two balconies: one overlooks the pool, and the other has a sunbed, table and chair.

Pool towels and hairdryers are provided as part of the rental rate. Handrails throughout the villa make it comfortable for older guests.

Outdoor Areas

Behind the electric gates, the garden is completely private, with areas of lawn. Steps lead down to the south-facing pool, about 10m by 5m with steps for easy entry. Heating can be added for a weekly supplement, and a pool cover keeps the warmth in during the evenings. There's an outdoor shower too.

The terrace around the pool has eight sun loungers and two parasols, with several seating areas. For meals outdoors, you have a dining table for eight and a gas BBQ.
