The Living Areas

The villa features a private swimming pool measuring approximately 8 x 4 metres, which can be heated at a supplemental charge.

A covered terrace overlooks the pool and features a dining table with seating for eight, ideal for your alfresco meals. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are partially shaded and open-plan from the dining table, creating a sociable space for cooking and dining together. It is fully equipped with a gas BBQ, drinks fridge, ice machine, food preparation area, and a breakfast bar with seating.

A newly added shaded seating area on the side terrace provides a comfortable spot to relax next to the outdoor kitchen.

The villa has a gated driveway with space to park two vehicles.
