The ground floor of our villa features a spacious entrance hall leading into the living, dining and kitchen area, which is equipped with air conditioning, a fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player.

Patio doors from the lounge open directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The dining area provides lots of space for family meals, while the kitchen is fully equipped with marble worktops, breakfast bar, a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and espresso coffee maker, giving everything you need to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.

A washing machine is provided in the lower level of the property.

A guest toilet on the ground floor adds extra convenience during your stay.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room on the ground floor with views of the pool. It has a en-suite shower room with a walk in shower, basin, toilet, and bidet, providing convenient pool-level accommodation.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is a double room with air conditioning and a en-suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a shared curved balcony overlooking the pool area, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment in the morning or evening.

Bedroom 3 is another double room with air conditioning, also with patio doors leading to the shared balcony.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with air conditioning, ideal for children or additional guests.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share use of the family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The villa is set within a secure, gated area with off-road parking. Outside, there is a large private swimming pool with sunbeds and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sun. A brick-built barbecue and dining area provide the ideal spot for alfresco meals. The garden is well-maintained, with mature shrubs, trees, and a strip of lawn to the side, while an outside shower adds convenience after swimming.
