4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, Games Room & Putting Green

This modern villa is spread over three levels, with bright open-plan living spaces and multiple terraces. It's furnished to a high standard throughout, with air conditioning and fibre Wi-Fi. A safety deposit box is also provided for guests' valuables.

The Living Areas

A private entrance opens onto the ground floor, where a hallway lined with framed photography leads through to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Here you'll find a comfortable sofa, a wooden dining table, and a smart TV with MEO cable channels and Netflix (guests must have their own netflix account to use netflix).

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, with a central island, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine and blender. Sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with a large dining table and built-in gas BBQ, overlooking the pool and gardens below.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor is home to the villa's games room, complete with table tennis, football table and darts, along with an indoor putting green.

A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, adding further convenience for longer stays. Guests are also provided with hairdryers and an iron and ironing board throughout the villa.

The Bedrooms

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 is a twin room on the ground floor, with a separate bathroom featuring a bath, located near the living area entrance.
• Bedroom 2 is a double room on the first floor, with an en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 3 is a double room on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath with shower over and a separate walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 4 is a twin room on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath with shower over and a separate walk-in shower.

An additional separate bathroom with a shower is also available on the first floor.

Outside Areas

To the rear of the villa, a small private pool (approx. 3m x 2m) is set within a landscaped garden with steps leading in and sun loungers alongside - 4 sun loungers are provided, with pool towels included. A rooftop terrace offers an additional space to unwind.
