The entrance leads directly into the ground-floor living area and kitchen. On this level, you will find a bright and spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and cable TV. Large patio doors allow plenty of natural light to fill the space and open onto a private outdoor terrace with relaxed lounge seating and electric wind-out awnings providing shade.
To the left of the living room is the dining area, featuring a table with seating for eight guests. This room also has a second set of patio doors leading onto a separate terrace, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, and fridge-freezer. There is also a table with seating for up to four guests.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms are located on the lower level of the apartment.
Bedroom one is the master, featuring large patio doors that open onto its own private terrace. This bedroom also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
Bedrooms two and three are twin rooms, which can also be prepared as doubles if needed. Both rooms are air-conditioned and share the use of one adjacent bathroom.
Outside Areas
This apartment offers a generous amount of outdoor space with furnished terraces for lounging on comfortable seating or enjoying meals al fresco.
Within the condominium, guests can also enjoy a large communal swimming pool with a separate section for children, a children's play area, and well-maintained communal gardens.

How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
