Our modern four bedroom villa boasts modern interiors, air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa also features a private heated swimming pool, terraces, and beautifully landscaped gardens, making it ideal for families, couples, and groups.

The Living Areas

The villa has an entrance hallway that leads into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine.

The spacious living and dining area is furnished with comfortable seating and includes an Smart TV with many International and UK channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Bedroom 3:  The first of the two additional double bedrooms is also on the ground floor and includes a double bed, generous wardrobe space, air-conditioning, and an en-suite shower room with a single sink vanity unit.

Bedroom 4:  The second double bedroom, likewise on the ground floor, has a double bed, ample wardrobe space, air-conditioning, and its own en-suite shower room with a single sink vanity unit.

Outdoor & Leisure

The villa features a large heated swimming pool, approximately 13 meters by 8 meters, with Roman steps for easy entry, a poolside shower, and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. Adjacent to the pool is a covered terrace, providing a comfortable space for alfresco dining or enjoying the outdoors, with a full brick-built barbecue nearby for convenient outdoor cooking.

The surrounding gardens are landscaped with mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawn areas, creating a private and peaceful environment. The villa also has a private gated driveway with space to park two vehicles.
