Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa Sleeping Up To 10 People In Vale Do Lobo

The family-friendly resort of Vale do Lobo offers two championship golf courses, a tennis centre, spa and fitness centre. There is also a kids club and mini golf to entertain the smaller members of your party.

This beautiful property is built over two levels, with the entrance, main living areas and master bedroom located on the upper level, while the remaining three bedrooms are on the lower level, with direct access to the pool and beautifully landscaped garden. The villa is alarmed and benefits from air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Sonos music system throughout. Heating is available in the bedrooms and living areas during the cooler winter months (supplement applies). The property also features an electric entrance gate and shaded private parking.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa, you will find the master bedroom to your right and the bright and spacious open-plan living area straight ahead.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a large wall-mounted TV with Sky TV channels. The dining area features a large table with seating for 8 guests, with large patio doors allowing plenty of natural light into the room and providing access to the covered outdoor terrace and dining area.

Adjacent to the dining area is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, including two fridges, a freezer, an extra-wide electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The adjoining utility room features a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional small freezer.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

From the living room, full-length patio doors open onto a large south-facing terrace with an electric awning for shade, overlooking the pool and garden area. The terrace is beautifully furnished with comfortable lounge seating, a large dining table with seating for 10 guests and a gas BBQ. To the side of the property, the terrace leads to a heated Jacuzzi area, and steps down to the pool area.

The Bedrooms

On the entrance level, the master bedroom features a super king-size bed, wall-mounted TV and full-length patio doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. The bedroom also has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. 

From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the lower-ground floor, where you will find the remaining three bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool and garden area.

Bedroom two can be arranged as either twin beds or a king-size bed and shares a family bathroom with bedroom three. The bathroom features a bath, separate walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom three is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for up to 4 children or adults, and also shares the family bathroom with bedroom two.

Bedroom four can be arranged as either twin beds or a king-size bed and features its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

The Outside Areas

The large pool measuring 10m x 5.5m (which can be heated at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating for your use. The top level garden is where the heated Jacuzzi is located along with a lovely shaded area with hammock, for peaceful moments out of the Algarve sun.
