As you enter the house you are welcomed into a lovely, lounge room, furnished with two sand-coloured sofas, and a Smart TV with a selection of international cable channels.
There is a laundry room with washing machine on this level.
Five steps up from the lounge room lead you to the comfortably furnished dining area with table and 6 chairs and adjacent fully fitted, modern kitchen. The two tone kitchen is complete with fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and all the crockery and utensils you would expect from a quality, self-catering holiday home.
An enclosed courtyard with pergola, furnished for dining, is accessed from the dining area.
The Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room is located on this level.
First floor accommodation
On the first floor is bedroom two, a twin room with adjacent Shower room.
Outside area
This property has two private outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. There is a sunny, front entrance terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable outdoor lounge seating with coffee table. The second terrace is an enclosed dining terrace, perfect for Al Fresco meals, accessed from the kitchen and dining area. This area is shaded by the modern pergola that was installed during the recent renovations and has a charocoal barbecue provided for your use.

How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
