The Living Areas

As you enter, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious entrance hall. Our villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light and showcase the spectacular sea views that can be enjoyed throughout the main living areas.

The open-plan living and dining room features comfortable sofas, a large wall-mounted flat-screen television, DVD player, and a dining area perfect for gathering with family and friends. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living while framing the stunning coastal scenery beyond.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped modern kitchen. Complete with a breakfast bar, American-style fridge freezer with an ice maker, coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, juicer, and all the essentials required for self-catering, it is perfectly equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

For year-round comfort, the villa benefits from central air conditioning throughout the main living areas and four of the bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters throughout, an integrated sound system, and a wide selection of cable television channels.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Our villa comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests across six bedrooms.

Occupying the entire first floor, the master suite is the highlight of the villa. This spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, a private terrace with magnificent sea views, a wall-mounted television, walk-in wardrobe with safe, and an elegant en-suite bathroom complete with a hydro-massage shower.

Also located on the first floor are two additional double bedrooms, both benefiting from en-suite shower rooms. One enjoys partial sea views and a dressing area, while the other offers fitted wardrobes and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a fourth double bedroom provides further guest accommodation with fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite shower room. A separate guest cloakroom is also available on this level.

The lower level of the villa offers two further double bedrooms, ideal for additional guests or a nanny. These bedrooms share a shower room located across the hallway. Please note that the lower-level bedrooms are not air conditioned. Also located on this level is a private steam room, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day spent exploring the Algarve coastline.

Outdoor Living

Step outside onto the south-facing terrace and discover one of the villa's most impressive features. The outdoor space has been designed to take full advantage of the exceptional coastal setting and stunning sea views.

The infinity swimming pool appears to merge effortlessly with the horizon, creating a spectacular backdrop for relaxing days under the Algarve sunshine. A covered dining terrace and barbecue area provide the perfect setting for alfresco meals, whether enjoying a leisurely lunch in the shade or dining under the stars with family and friends.

With the golden sands of Julia's Beach less than 150 metres away, guests can effortlessly alternate between poolside relaxation and beachside enjoyment throughout their stay.
