The Living Areas

The entrance hall opens into a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a circular dining table for up to eight guests. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with a wide selection of English-speaking channels, and the option to sign in to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts. Large floor-to-ceiling patio doors fill the room with natural light and lead out to the pool terrace and garden.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including an integrated oven and microwave, four electric hobs, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a full-sized fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen, the utility room provides a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

On the villa's lower level, you'll find a guest bathroom and a garage with space for two cars.

The Bedrooms

On the ground floor, you'll find Bedrooms One and Two. Both are double rooms that share an adjacent bathroom featuring a bath and double vanities.

Bedrooms Three and Four are located on the first floor. Bedroom Three is a double room with an en suite bathroom, complete with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bath. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with Bedroom Four, overlooking the pool and offering stunning views of the Vale do Lobo Ocean Golf Course all the way to the coast. Bedroom Four is also a double room with an en suite shower room and double vanities, sharing the balcony with Bedroom Three.

On the lower level of the property, Bedroom Five is a twin room with an en suite shower room. Despite being on the lower level, the room is bright, with patio doors that open to the front of the villa.

The Outside Areas

The villa's outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and entertaining. 

The private garden and poolside terrace are furnished with sun loungers and a comfortable sofa seating area. For al fresco dining, there is a covered dining area with a table for eight, a gas barbecue, and a ceiling fan for added comfort.
