Living Areas

The heart of the villa is the open-plan living and dining space, where a dining table with seating for six and a mix of sofas and armchairs make it easy to gather the group. Split-unit air conditioning keeps it cool, and a smart TV carries English-language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports.

Fibre Wi-Fi is included throughout, and patio doors lead you straight out to the south-facing patio and pool terrace.

Cooking is simple in the air-conditioned kitchen, which has an oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. For breakfast, there is a Nespresso coffee machine (standard coffee pods), a juicer, a blender and a toaster.

An enclosed patio off the kitchen is handy for hanging washing, and the iron and ironing board are kept in an outside cupboard.

A guest bathroom is on the same level, and a maid service visits three times a week, so the villa stays fresh throughout your stay.

The Bedrooms

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests, and every bedroom has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Hairdryers are provided, and a safety deposit box is available for your valuables.

The master suite has the whole upper floor to itself, with a super king-size bed. Patio doors open onto a large, private, south-facing terrace with a table and four chairs, two sun loungers and an awning for shade, a great spot for a morning coffee overlooking the golf course. The en suite has a walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor, and each has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double on request. Bedroom one has a shower room right next door, and bedroom two has its own en suite shower room.

Outdoor Areas

The private kidney-shaped pool, around 6 metres by 3 metres, sits in a corner framed by terrace and garden. Four sunbeds line the water for sunbathing, and pool towels are provided, so you can head straight outside.

The pool deck has both covered and uncovered areas, including a partly covered dining area for six. A charcoal BBQ makes evenings outdoors the main event.
