The Living Areas

From the moment you arrive at this villa, the quality and design are plain to see. As you push open the huge front door, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious open plan living area, revealing views of the swimming pool through the full-length glass walls, and sliding doors.

The full height living room has split levels, with long, curved steps illuminated with led lighting and a huge slate feature wall in the living area, that houses the modern gas fireplace and smart TV with many UK and English speaking channels. A large L shaped sofa and two, cow hide effect armchairs provide comfortable seating in this area.

The kitchen area is a chef's dream fitted out with a host of appliances. As you slide open the full-length glass doors, you bring the kitchen, with its large, oval shaped central island, and exterior dining and pool area together as one large open plan space. The kitchen includes the following appliances: An American style fridge freezer, two wine coolers, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, plate warmer, microwave, expresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, blender, juicer, and extensive storage space.

The adjoining dining area is furnished with a sociable round table and seating for 8 people, a flat screen TV and a tranquil aquarium.
