The Living Areas

The dining area is thoughtfully furnished with a magnificent wooden dining table, providing seating for up to 8 guests. Surrounding the space are floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for beautiful views and seamless access to the outside terrace and pool area. The spacious rooms in this villa were created with entertaining and hosting in mind, making them the perfect location for special gatherings and meals.

Adjacent to the dining area, you'll discover the living area. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table, this space is perfect for unwinding. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a large selection of international channels allows you to watch your favourite shows and movies. The living area also features a fireplace, adding a touch of charm and an inviting atmosphere.

The spacious kitchen in Carpe Diem is fully equipped with all the modern appliances to make your stay more enjoyable. It comes equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven and hob, and a Nescafé coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms located upstairs in the main house and one with independent access in an annexe that adjoins the house at the entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is fully furnished with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity and bathtub. This bedroom has lovely views of the surrounding countryside and ocean.

Bedrooms two and three are also located on the first floor.

Bedroom two is furnished with a King-size bed and an-suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom three is furnished with a King-size bed. There is an adjacent bathroom in the hall with a vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom four is in the annex. It is fully furnished with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

The Outside Area

The shaded terrace provides a welcome break from the sun, ensuring that the outside table remains shaded throughout the day. This large wooden table can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, creating the perfect setting for memorable al fresco meals. The terrace has a comfortable seating area in addition to the dining area. It is equipped with an inviting L-shaped sofa and coffee table. There is a Gas BBQ for Al Fresco dining.

Adjacent to the terrace, is the pool area. The large pool measures 12m x 6m, has steps for entry and can be heated with a supplementary charge. The pool area provides eight sunbeds for those who want to soak up the rays and is also equipped with sun umbrellas.
