The Bedrooms

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms:
- A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub
- A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower
On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms:
- A spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including both a bathtub and walk-in shower
- A twin bedroom with a walk-in shower

The private swimming pool (approximately 8m x 5m, depth from 0.8m to 1.8m) is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Rental & Booking Information
What is Included in the Holiday Price
- Air conditioning
- Fibre internet
- Maid service is generally provided twice a week except bank holidays and weekends, towels changed twice per week and linen changed once per week.
- All bed linen, bath and hand towels
- Support of the Rent Villas Algarve team
PLEASE NOTE: Update coming into force 1st March 2025 - The council of Faro tourist tax, which was introduced March 2020, is to be paid by all visitors, aged 16 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district between 1st March and 31st October. The tax of 2 Euros per person, will be applied for a maximum of 7 nights and is to be paid to us with your balance payment.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
