A beautifully presented three-bedroom villa that can sleep up to 6 people, located in the quiet Vilas Alvas development, near Dunas Douradas, Golden beach resort.

The larger resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also close by, offering a selection of fabulous beaches, championship golf courses, Tennis centres, Horse riding, International restaurants, and many other resort facilities, all a short drive from the villa.

This recently refurbished villa is built over two levels and has the benefit of air conditioning and Fiber Internet throughout. Parking for two cars is available on the gated driveway in front of the property.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into the bright, modern, split level dining/ living room.

The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and 6 chairs.

Three steps take you down to the beautifully lit living room, flooding with natural light from the three sets of patio doors, which open out to the covered terraces, garden and pool area. The lounge area is furnished with two comfortable sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace and a large TV with International cable TV channels.

There is an additional seating area, nestled alongside the staircase.

Next to the dining area is the modern, fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, blender and cafetiere. A washing machine/ tumble dryer can be found in the utility room.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a newly added TV room.

There is a guest WC on this level.

On the first floor there is a pleasant office space occupying the landing area.

The Bedrooms

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors opening out to a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One kingsize and one twin bedroom with use of a shared bathroom with overhead shower and double sinks. Both bedrooms have patio doors that open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.

Outside Areas

The well-maintained garden has a selection of established plants and trees providing both privacy and shade in the garden and pool area. The large swimming pool is surrounded by paving and lawned area, with plenty of quality outdoor furniture to relax, sunbathe and dine in the fabulous Algarve sunshine. A gas barbeque is provided for your use.

Please note - families with young children should be aware that this property has an open style staircase and the split-level living room has a fairly large step which requires supervision. Please see photos which clearly show these areas.
