Set on a small private estate overlooking Praia Grande beach, this 1 bedroom villa enjoys one of the most desirable coastal locations in Ferragudo.
Praia Grande is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and is ideal for swimming, coastal walks, and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.
The picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo, with its selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants, is approximately 2.5km away, while the lively town of Portimão, famous for its sardines, marina, shopping, and boat trips, is just 6km from the property.
The Living Areas
This newly renovated villa sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families, or wedding guests.
The accommodation includes one double bedroom, along with a sofa bed in the open-plan living area, suitable for one adult or two small children.
The bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is designed for relaxed holiday living and features comfortable seating, satellite TV with a selection of English-speaking channels, a dining area for everyday meals, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microave, oven and an electric hob, suitable for self-catering stays.
Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
The Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a quiet and comfortable retreat, complete with air conditioning, storage space, and a peaceful setting within the private estate.
The modern bathroom, which is adjacent to the bedroom, has been newly renovated and finished to a high standard, providing comfort and convenience during your stay.
Outside Areas
Outside, the villa benefits from a tranquil setting close to the ocean, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the Algarve sunshine, and exploring the surrounding coastline.
The villa is located on the same private estate as Solar Real and Colmo and can be rented independently (no pool) or in conjunction with one or both of the neighbouring properties to accommodate larger groups.
For weddings at Solar Real, guests are required to rent all three properties on the estate, ensuring exclusive use of the grounds and complete privacy with no disturbance to neighbouring guests, making this an ideal option for wedding groups and private events.

Rental & Booking Information
This property can be used to hold small weddings or events of up to 100 people, when rented in conjunction with 2 other properties located on this private estate. A Wedding supplement is applied of £5000 and an increased refundable security deposit of £3000. Please contact us for further information.
What is Included in the Holiday Price
- Air conditioning in 8 of the 9 bedroom
- WiFi
- Maid service is generally 5 times a week with towels changed twice a week and bed linen changed after 7 nights.
- Housekeeper and gardener (who lives on site in the grounds) 5 days a week
- All bed linen, bath and hand towels, pool towels
- Support of the Rent Villas Algarve team
Pool heating is available at a supplement of £300 per week.
During the winter months central heating can be made available at a supplement of £300 per week.
PLEASE NOTE: In April 2024, the council of Lagoa, which includes the resort of Ferragudo, introduced a tourist tax that is to be paid by all visitors, aged 13 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district. The tax of 1-2 Euros per person, will be applied for a maximum of 7 nights and is to be paid to us with your balance payment. Low Season - between November 1st and March 31st - 1€ per night. High Season - between April 1st and October 31st - 2€ per night.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
