Luxury 4 Bedroom Ocean View Villa In Praia da Luz

A peacefully located villa in Praia da Luz with a large garden. Situated within walking distance to a couple of local restaurants, with a wider selection of International restaurants to choose from, where you will also find a choice of supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops etc.

This spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 9 people and is a perfect base for a holiday. The property has an alarm and benefits from air conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout. The infinity pool (heating available) and adjacent outdoor BBQ area with dining is perfect for large family get togethers.

• The Living Areas

The front door opens to an open plan with the dining area and lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All areas enjoy breathtaking views over the sea.

In the kitchen, the appliances include 2 ovens and a microwave; 2 fridges and a freezer; a dishwasher; a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle and toaster. There is also a Juice maker and a Nespresso Cappuccino machine.

On the right hand side of the villa there is a dining table with seating for 10 people, and beside is the lounge area, complete with a Samsung Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday as well as having the local cable TV channels including many English speaking channels provided. There is also a Sonos sound system, so you can stream your own favourite music directly from your smart device.

• The Bedrooms

The first bedroom is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a Samsung smart TV, with doors opening to the terrace and pool area, with views over the sea.

The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom and a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has sea views.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the downstairs area. On the left hand side there is the third bedroom, complete with double bed and an en suite shower opening to the garden, and a Samsung smart TV.

Next to here there is the forth bedroom, with 2 double beds and an en suite shower.  This bedroom also opens to the garden. As this bedroom has two double beds, it is possible to use the room as a family room, with 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, as long as the overall maximum occupancy of 9 persons is not exceeded.

There is also an extra room on this level, with one single bed (please note, this room does not receive any natural light).

Also on this level there is the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

• Outside Areas

The main entrance gate opens to a spacious driveway with access to the garage on the right. The lounge and kitchen open to the main terrace with exterior dining table for 10 people plus 2 tall tables, each with 2 chairs. There is also a relaxing area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers. The large swimming pool measures 13m x 7m with electric cover and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a cascade water feature on the wall of the swimming pool. There is also a large trampoline provided for your entertainment. Near the garage door, in the shade, there is a tennis table.

The villa is not recommended to families with young children. If you do have children within the group, please take caution and supervise on all staircases and around the elevated pool area.
