The Living Areas

The front door opens into a bright, open-plan living area where everything flows naturally from one space to the next. The lounge is simple and comfortable, with sofas arranged around a TV that includes some English-language channels, perfect for winding down in the evening. Just beside it, the dining table seats six, making it a sociable space for meals together.

The kitchen sits alongside the dining area, fully equipped with everything you would expect for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and an espresso pod coffee machine. There's also a small breakfast bar with two stools for quick bites or morning coffee. A separate laundry room and a guest toilet are also on this level, adding a bit of extra convenience during your stay.

The Bedrooms

Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms.

The main bedroom is a comfortable double with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower.

There's a second double bedroom, also en-suite, with a walk-in shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are twins, ideal for children or friends sharing, and they are served by a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Outside Area

Outside is where you'll likely spend most of your time.

The garden is straightforward and easy to enjoy, with a private swimming pool at its centre (heating available if required).

Sun loungers are set out on the lawn, and there's a shaded area for outdoor dining along with a built-in charcoal barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings eating outside.

The villa is set in a peaceful area, but still within easy reach of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops, so you're never far from what you need.
