The Living Areas

A large entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads you to an open plan living/ dining room, which is bright and tastefully furnished. Three sets of patio doors open out to the pool and garden areas. The living area has comfortable seating with a log burning fireplace, a Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday as well as having the local cable TV channels including many English speaking channels provided, and portable sound system. The spacious dining area has seating for eight people.

Leading off from the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen including an oven, duel fuel hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Bedrooms

One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. It is a twin room with en suite bathroom with overhead shower.

There is a large covered terrace furnished for dining situated close to a brick built barbeque and traditional Portuguese bread oven.

The large pool measuring 10m x 5 m is surrounded by paving and plenty of sun beds are provided. There is a good sized lawn area before the fenced boundary onto the Pinhal Golf course.
