The Living Areas

Our villa has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of comfortable seating. A wall-mounted satellite TV and Wi-Fi is included, while large patio doors let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the poolside terraces.

The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and wine cooler, providing everything needed for practical self-catering.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing area, and air-conditioning, along with a private en-suite shower room featuring a large walk-in shower, WC, single sink vanity unit, and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 is a double with a fitted wardrobe, dressing area, and air-conditioning, and includes an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower, WC, single sink vanity unit, and heated towel rail.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and air-conditioning, and share access to a separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC, single sink vanity unit, and heated towel rail.

The Outdoor Areas

The villa features a private swimming pool measuring approximately 8 x 4 metres, which can be heated for a supplemental charge.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers, and a lawn garden provides space for children to play.

A covered terrace overlooks the pool and lawn and includes a dining table, while the shaded outdoor kitchen and seating area is fully equipped with an integrated gas BBQ, drinks fridge, ice machine, food preparation area, and a breakfast bar with seating. A new shaded seating area is also located next to the outdoor kitchen on the side terrace.

The villa also has a secure, gated driveway with space to park two vehicles.
