Luxury Countryside Villa with Panoramic Views to the Coastline

This delightful villa is situated in the hamlet of Zambujal, close to Boliqueime, where you will find a selection of local restaurants, shops, a church and supermarkets. Approximately 11km away is the cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura with a total of 5, top class golf courses to choose from along with many other sporting facilities including a tennis centre, lawn bowls, athletics track and stadium. The centre of the resort is a large 1,000 berth marina, surrounded with a variety of international restaurants, boutiques and bars, as well as a casino. You can partake in a number of water-based activities including, water sports, boat tours and fishing trips. There are two beaches located either side of the marina, both of which have a selection of fabulous beach restaurants where you can enjoy an evening meal whilst enjoying the sunset.

The accommodation is on one level, with the exception of a recreational room and utility room located on the lower floor. The villa has the benefit of air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout both buildings. Parking for multiple cars is provided on the private driveway of the property.

Within the main house:

A stylish lounge room with lovely high ceilings and three sets of patio doors that open out to the covered terrace, overlooking the pool and garden. This living room is furnished with comfortable leather sofas positioned in front of a feature fireplace and flat screen Smart TV including many international channels.

Next to the living room is the large dining kitchen with two more sets of patio doors leading out to the covered terrace, garden and pool.  The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table complimented by modern white chairs, which match the contemporary white kitchen, complete with central island. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including four induction hobs with extractor, integrated electric oven and grill, one full length fridge and another fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you would expect to find in a quality self-catering villa.

On the lower level of the main house:

A spacious games and TV room complete with a pool table, large flat screen Smart TV and comfortable sofas. On this level you will also find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and an additional fridge. The poolside terrace can be accessed from this level via a flight of external steps.

Within the annex:

An open plan living room with comfortable seating, dining table and kitchenette including an oven, two-hob electric stove, fridge and dishwasher. Two sets of patio doors lead out to terrace, the main house terrace, garden and pool area.

The Master bedroom with four-poster double bed, fitted wardrobes and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower unit and double vanities. Patio doors open out to the covered poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Within the annex:

Bedrooms four and five are both double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. Both annex bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool area.

Outside area: 

The property benefits from a wonderful tile covered terrace running the full width of the main house which is furnished with spaces for dining, lounging and play. Outside the kitchen area, the space is furnished for dining with a large rustic table and chairs. A Gas BBQ is provided for your use. Outside the living room is the exterior lounge seating area with comfortable wicker sofas and chairs to relax in the shade and read a book or enjoy a delicious glass of Portuguese wine after dinner. Next to the exterior lounge is the play space with table tennis table. Steps lead you down from the terrace to the pool area, surrounded by lawn and landscaped gardens including many varieties of fruit trees, such as lemon, orange, pomegranate and figs plus aged olive and almond trees. The large infinity pool measures 12m x 7m. Penty of poolside sun loungers are provided. All areas of the outside space receive the wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding Boliqueime countryside to the coastline of Vilamoura. To the side of the house is a basketball court ideal for those who like to practise their skills.
