The Living Areas

As you enter the property, to your left is a bright, spacious, living room set out with three different seating areas, perfect for large groups. Huge, oversize patio doors lead out to the pool area and fabulous views to the golf course beyond. There is a Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday as well as having the Lazer cable TV channels including many English speaking channels provided.

Adjacent to the living room is the separate dining room, also with large patio doors opening out to the pool and garden. This room is furnished with a lovely large table and can seat up to 12 people.

The modern kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering villa holiday, and the same, huge patio doors lead out to an exterior dining area. The kitchen has a Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer.

The Bedrooms

Located on the ground floor are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin with en-suite shower room. Bedroom, two is a twin. This room does not have a bathroom, but there is a guest cloakroom on this floor.

The additional four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. One double with adjacent shower room and balcony. One twin with adjacent bathroom

Outside Areas

Your eyes are drawn to the stunning views out to the Millennium golf course. Surrounding the large 12m x 6m swimming pool, is a tiled area providing plenty of space for sun loungers, comfortable sofas and dining area. There is a gas BBQ provided and for entertainment a table tennis table. The landscaped garden although open to the golf course, has been designed to offer privacy from the neighbouring villas, and has mature palm trees which offer shaded areas during the hot Algarve summers.
