The Living Areas

The recently refurbished living room offers two comfortable sofas, a large wall-mounted TV, and patio doors opening onto the outdoor dining terrace, swimming pool, and gardens.

Next to the living room is an open-plan dining and kitchen area, creating a sociable space for spending time together. The dining table seats up to six guests, while large patio doors open directly onto the outdoor barbecue area. A breakfast bar with two stools separates the dining space from the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric hob, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Bedrooms

The villa offers three bedrooms spread across two floors. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are on the first floor.
