The Living Areas

Our apartment features a furnished open-plan living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room offers a welcoming space to unwind, with patio doors that open directly onto a private terrace, allowing natural light to fill the space and creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

The living area is equipped with a Smart TV and Apple TV, offering a wide range of major English-language channels, as well as access to Netflix, you must have your own netflix account. The apartment also benefits from high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and integrated within the open-plan layout, making it ideal for self-catering. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, and a Nespresso coffee machine that uses capsules. The indoor dining area provides a comfortable setting for enjoying meals together.

The Bedrooms

Our apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, making it well-suited for families or friends travelling together. There are two modern bathrooms, including an ensuite, providing both convenience and privacy for guests. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with two hairdryers, as well as an iron and ironing board.

A safety deposit box is also available for securing personal belongings during your stay.

The Outside Areas

The private terrace overlooks the city and serves as a perfect spot to relax or enjoy outdoor meals, with space for dining outside in the warm Algarve climate.

Additional features include a secure garage for your vehicle, as well as access to a communal pool within the building. A lift is available, ensuring easy access to the apartment, which is located on the 7th floor.
