Located in one of the Algarve's most prestigious resorts, this spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers a comfortable base for your holiday. Built in a classical style in the early 2000s, the home spans three levels and enjoys a South West orientation ideal for sunshine from morning to evening.
Ground Floor
The main entrance leads into a bright open-plan living and dining
area, opening out to the pool terrace and private garden. This
level also includes two guest bedrooms sharing a large bathroom,
plus a fully equipped, recently updated kitchen and laundry
room.
First Floor
Upstairs are two large en-suite bedrooms, each with access to a
private balcony overlooking the Vale do Lobo Ocean golf course and
the sea perfect for a morning coffee or sunset views.
Basement Level
On the lower floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with shower
room, a guest WC, and a garage with space for two cars.
Outdoor Living
The villa's outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and

Pool heating is available at a supplement of £600 per week.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
