This townhouse is built on two levels.

The Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Bedroom one features a versatile space that can be configured as either a twin or double bedroom upon request. The room is equipped with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and split-unit air conditioning for your comfort. Patio doors open onto the lower terrace. This room has access to an adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split-unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. The patio doors lead to the lower terrace.

Bedroom three is a double bedroom designed with your comfort in mind, featuring fitted wardrobes and split-unit air conditioning.  The shower room is shared with bedroom one and is equipped with a heated towel rail.

The Living Areas

On the upper floor level you cna find the lounge which features split unit air conditioning, a wall-mounted, flat screen Smart TV with cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports. Bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc. A patio door leads to the outdoor terrace.

The dining area is equipped with a table for 6 with a further patio door leading to the front facing balcony.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine/dryer, electric oven, grill, microwave, induction hobs, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, kettle, and dishwasher.

Outside Area
