This cosy townhouse provides guests a convenient location within Vale do Lobo, being within walking distance to all the resort facilities. The house is built over two levels with a few steps between them and benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi throughout. For visotors with a car, one free parking permit is provided during the high season.
The Living Areas
As you enter the property from the front terrace, you are welcomed into a well presented, open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable living area with wood burning fireplace and Smart TV with Satelitte channels has comfy seating. The dining table with seating for four people is located adjacent to the kitchen area, perfect for family meals.
The modern, kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, espresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster for your self catering holiday.
The Bedrooms
Five steps lead up to the two bedrooms, that can sleep up to 4 people, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom.
There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The washing machine in located in the bathroom for your use. Another bathroom is a separate WC with only a toilet and sink.
There is also a separate WC/ cloakroom for added comfort.
The Outside Areas
This property benefits from a fabulous, private roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the sea views. Sun lounders are provided as well as outdoor dining and a portable charcoal barbecue. There is an additional terrace at the entrance level of the property with a dining table.

What is Included in the Holiday Price
How to book your holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
