Living Areas

This four bedroom villa sits in a prime position in Vale do Lobo, with ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Spread across two floors, it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, close to the Praça, beach and reception, about 5 walk. The villa is air conditioned throughout, and Wi-Fi is also available.

A private entrance hall leads into the main part of the house. The ground floor centres around a living and dining room with a fireplace, where sliding doors open straight onto the pool deck. A wall-mounted smart TV is available in the living room, with a range of UK channels including Sky Sports.

The dining area is open-plan with the living room, with a round table that seats 6 people comfortably, and a counter window through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted, with an oven, microwave, hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The washer and dryer are located outside, in a covered utility area off the kitchen.

The Bedrooms

Master Suite - On the first floor, the master suite has a large double bedroom and its own dressing area, along with a large terrace facing south-west, so you get the sunset over the water and an ocean view from the room itself. Steps lead directly down from the terrace to the pool area below.

First Floor Bedroom Suite - Also on the 1st floor there's a large double bedroom with its own ensuite.

Ground Floor Bedrooms - Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom between them.

Beach towels are provided for guests.

Outdoor Areas

Outside is built around the private swimming pool and pool deck, with room to sit, sunbathe or eat outside. The pool measures approximately 6m x 3m, with depths ranging from 0.80m to 1.50m. There's a dining area and separate lounge seating. Because the villa sits a bit higher up, you get sea views from a few different spots around the property, not just the terrace.

You're about a 5-minute walk from the Praça, the beach and reception, so restaurants, shops and the sea are all close by without needing a car.
