The Living Areas

The spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with 3 comfortable sofas around a wood burning fireplace. There is a large flat screen TV with International satellite channels, CD and DVD player. The dining table has seating for 6 people. Large patio doors open out to the outside terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the Ocean.

Leading off from the lounge diner, the modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and electric oven & hob. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The Bedrooms

The whole first floor is devoted to the spacious master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The room can be set up with twins or a double bed.  Large patio doors open out to a private terrace with magnificent views out across the golf course to the Ocean beyond.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be set up as twins or double rooms. Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower room and bedroom 3 has use of a separate shower room.

Outside Areas

The covered terrace with outdoor dining table and seats for 6 is adjacent to the plunge pool (which can be gated if there are young children in the party). There is a portable, charcoal barbecue available for your use.
