The Living Areas

The villa spans three floors, ensuring safety and comfort. Upon entering the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by a sitting and dining room featuring a gas-burning fire, with windows offering access to the covered terrace and pool area.

The dining area is set up with the table and chairs. In the lounge area, you'll find plenty of comfy seating to relax and enjoy the TV with cable or satellite channels. Step outside through the patio doors for a refreshing dip in the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities including a dishwasher, gas/electric hob, oven, washing machine, and microwave.

You can enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen table, or head outside through the patio doors to the covered terrace and dine at the table and chairs there.

The Bedrooms

On the first floor, the master bedroom awaits with a double bed, an en suite walk-in shower, built-in wardrobes, and a TV.

Also located on this level, the second bedroom features twin beds, an en suite walk-in shower, and built-in wardrobes.

Outside Areas

The outdoor dining space provides an ideal spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun, with a dining terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and seating for up to 6 guests, alongside a Gas BBQ for outdoor cooking convenience and an electric awning for shade.

Roof Terrace

Step onto your private Roof Terrace, an oasis of tranquility, where you can unwind in a comfortable seating area while soaking in the breathtaking panoramic vistas stretching across the vibrant resort and the beautiful ocean.

    How to Book your Holiday

    A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
