On the lower ground floor is a huge basement spanning the whole area of the house,with pool table, table tennis, gym equipment and a guest cloakroom.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite. Full length windows slide open to a private terrace. There is an additional office space in this room. Bedroom two, is a twin room with en suite.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor: One king size with en suite bathroom, and two twins with a shared bathroom located in between them.

Outside areas

The large covered terraces with numerous, welcoming seating areas, offer plenty of space to relax. Railings on the terraces provide a safe barrier for younger children, keeping them away from the pool area. Steps lead down to the pool, measuring 10m x 5m (pool heating available at a supplement) The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers. There is a gas barbeque for your use. The large, secure lawned area at the rear of the house provides a perfect area for children to play.
