One step takes you up to the newly fitted, modern kitchen area which is fully fitted with a large American style fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, juicer and espresso coffee machine, along with all the usual smaller appliances you will need on your self catering villa holiday.

There is an adjoining utility room with a washing machine for your use.

The Bedrooms

All five bedrooms are located in front, and to the left, of the entrance door along a curved hallway.

Master bedroom - this is located at the end of the hallway, has a king size bed (size 1,70m x 2,00m) and en suite shower room. Large patio doors open out to a covered terrace and views of the beautiful garden.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with a window out to the front of the property. There is an en suite shower room.

Bedroom 3 is a twin with a window out to the side of the property and en suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with a window out to the side of the property and an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. Each bed has an additional pull put bed enabling four children to sleep in this room.

Bedroom 5 is a twin room with large patio doors opening out to a covered terrace and garden, there is one step down to this room. There is a showeroom located accross the hallway from this bedroom. 

Outside areas
