The Living Areas

Relax in style in our bright living room boasting stunning views of the pool and direct access to the pool terrace through patio doors. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, watch your favourite shows on our flat-screen TV with an array of English cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC, and ITV, and enjoy your music with the convenience of our Sonos system. Relax on comfortable sofas and lounge areas while cosying up by the TV.

For added convenience, we have a separate utility room with all the essentials, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The open-plan living room and kitchen, with double patio doors, offer effortless indoor-outdoor living. Our contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and American style fridge-freezer, making mealtime a breeze. Gather around the round dining table or breakfast bar seating four for delicious dining experiences.

Located on the lower ground level there is second lounge area, equipped with a spacious and comfortable sofa, Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with a variety of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC, and ITV. The lounge is also equipped with a Sonos sound bar for enhanced audio quality. On the same level, guests will find an additional shower room and WC, providing additional amenities for their comfort.

The Bedrooms

The first floor of the villa is entirely dedicated to the master suite, offering a spacious and open space for guests. The suite features an open-plan design with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, and a separate dressing area. Please note, there is no door to the suite. There is direct access to the first-floor terrace, which offers stunning views of the garden. The bathroom area is equipped with a bathtub and double vanities, providing guests with convenient amenities for a comfortable stay. A safety deposit box is avaliable in this room for guests use.

On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two offer twin beds and air conditioning, each with access to a shared family bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom three features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a tv, and doors that open directly to the poolside terrace for ultimate relaxation.

Outside Areas

There is a large, free-form swimming pool with the option to be heated, measuring around 14x5 meters. The outdoor dining area provides a perfect space to relax and enjoy the sun, with sun loungers and a dining terrace complete with a table, chairs, and seating for up to 8 people. The dining area is also equipped with an integrated Beefeater gas BBQ for outdoor cooking. Please note that the pool does not have a cover. The villa has ample parking space for guests' vehicles, located near the entry gates. Additionally, the garden offers a variety of activities for children, including a small football pitch, table tennis table, a basketball hoop, and a trampoline.
