A Luxury five bedroom villa, situated in Dunas Douradas, a quiet resort nestled in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The villa is ideally located, one kilometre walk to the beach and popular Marias beach restaurant.
In addition to your own private pool, guests have the use of the Dunas Douradas facilities just 400m away, including, a reception, large Roman style pool and children's pool (communal), snack bar/ restaurant, mini market and tennis courts (local charges apply). The Dunas Douradas Beach Club is also a short walk away, here you will find a gym, fitness classes and childrens club (local charges apply)
This well presented villa is built over three levels and has the benefit of an alarm, wireless internet and is air conditioned throughout the ground and first floor. There is a private electric entrance gate and parking for multiple cars.
The Living Areas
As you enter the villa you are welcomed into a bright and airy entrance hall.
To the right hand side of the entrance hall the open plan dining and kitchen area is spacious and modern with a large table and seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven microwave, filter coffee machine and all the equipment you will need for a self-catering holiday. The washing machine is located in a separate utility area.
Two sets of patio doors open out to a terrace furnished for dining with a brick build charcoal BBQ and sink area for your use.
Located next to the kitchen is the attractive living room with vaulted ceiling, furnished with three, large, comfortable sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace and large TV with UK channels and Sky Sports. Patio doors open out to a lovely, part shaded terrace overlooking the pool and garden, furnished with comfortable seating.
On the lower ground floor is a games room with pool table, comfortable seating and TV.
The Bedrooms
On the frist floor are two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and separate shower. Patio doors lead out to private terraces overlooking the pool and garden. One of these bedrooms has a TV.
To the left of the entrance on the ground floor are 2 of the 5 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twins, each with an en suite shower room and access to the garden and pool area.
The 5th bedroom is on the lower ground floor. This is a twin with en suite shower room. Although on the lower level, this bedroom receives natural light via two good size windows.
Outside Areas
The large terraces are very well furnished with various areas for seating and a large dining table with seating for 10 people, all of which enjoy views of the lovely garden and peaceful surroundings. A gas barbeque is provided for your use.
The large swimming pool (heating available - supplement applies) measuring 10m x 5m is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating for your use.
Access from the private garden to delightful, shared communal garden with the few surrounding villas is a pleasant bonus for this property and provides a short cut walking route to the beach.
There is aslo access to a large roof terrace via the first floor.

What is Included in the Holiday Price
Pool heating is available at a supplement of £495 per week.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
