This comfortable villa is in a quiet area within walking distance to beaches, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants. Salgados golf course, lake and Nature reserve is 4 km away.
The larger resort of Albufeira is approximately 5km away. Here you can find the lively strip, the quaint old town, and the vibrant Marina, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars, with numerous boats excursions to explore the beautiful Algarve coastline, a dive centre, ten pin bowling and carting.
The villa has the benefit of air conditioning and wireless internet. The complex has an electric entrance gate and private parking one car is provided in front of the property.
The Living Areas
As you step into the entrance of the townhouse the hallway leads to the kitchen and a downstairs walk-in shower room.
The townhouse boasts an open-plan living and dining area, furnished with patio doors that open onto the private garden area.
The comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV, creates an inviting space to unwind and spend quality time together. Wi-fi is available throughout the house.

The outdoor area boasts a private, sunny garden and a convenient portable BBQ for guests use. A gate from your private garden leads to the communal gardens and swimming pool which is available for use during the summer months.

PLEASE NOTE: In May 2024 Albufeira introduced a Tourist tax payable between 1st April and 31st October. The tax is applicable to visitors of 13 years of age and over and is charged at 2 euros per person for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected before your arrival via a secure payment link we will send to you.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
