An imposing 8 bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area within Vale Judeu, approximately 9km from the resorts of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated night life and golden beaches and Vale do Lobo, a popular golf and beach resort. There is a small coffee shop within easy walking distance of the property. The property is also within easy reach of Almancil, (4km) where you will find the nearest large supermarket and choice of restaurants.
The villa is well presented and comfortable with large rooms and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning/ heating throughout. The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates, an alarm system and a safe.
The property is built over two levels and consists of the main house and two annex bedrooms in a separate building behind the main house.
Ground floor accommodation
Spacious lounge / dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, Plasma TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV and DVD player. The large dining table has seating for 12 people. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden area.
Second living room, with two large, comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV, DVD player, games consoles and a football table.
Large, fully fitted kitchen, with a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine and a second fridge.
A guest cloak room.
Bedroom 6 is a twin or king size room with a window to the front, overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 5 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 4 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the garden.
First floor accommodation
Master bedroom with twin or king size bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Patio doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 is a twin or king size room with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening out to a nice terrace with views of the hills behind the property.
Bedroom 3 is a twin or king size room with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedrooms 7 & 8 are located in this separate building at the back of the property accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independent entrances.
Both of the rooms have en suite shower rooms, one is set up with twin or king size beds, one is set up with a double bed, both rooms have the addition of sofas.
The large pool measuring 9.5m x 4.5m which can be heated (supplement required), is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided.
Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy.
A brick built barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.
Plenty of parking is provided on the long driveway with a shaded car port to keep vehicles cool.

Pool heating is available at a supplement of £200 per week.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.

The villa was everything it promised to be and more...there was plenty of space for everyone and life revolved around the pool in the sun in the daytime and around the barbecue in the evening.

Rent Villas Algarve were very efficient, arranged the car hire and on arriving home I realised that I had left some documents at the villa. Rent villas Algarve sent them to me and they arrived within a couple of days.
If we come back to portugal we would certainly contact them again.
Amazing vacations! The house is great, it has everything you need and more. All the rooms are luxurious, with lots of space and big private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped. The house is really 5 stars.
The garden is wonderfull, really big.

The location is the only thing I can say I liked least because we need to use to car to go everywhere. It's a 15m drive from Vilamoura but you forget about that when you enter this mansion, the kind of house you see in hollywood movies!

We were two families sharing the main building (without annex) for two weeks in June/July. The villa is very spacious, big rooms and plenty of space for dining and relaxing. Outside area is fantastic: nice size pool, massive garden and separate barbeque area. Location is ok, but a rental car is neccessary to access shops, beaches and restaurants. We had some unfortunate incidents with the water tank and electricity, but these were handled in a professional manner by the rental agency.

* maid 5 times a week, gardener & pool guys kept the grounds in immaculate condition
* very few insects around the property and in the villa
* only one cafe in immediate area , no restaurants or supermarkets: car is a requirement
Would highly recommend the villa to families in search of a large villa with a fantastic garden area as long as you can live with the fact that you will need to drive to the restaurants and beach.
