A well-presented, four-bedroom villa that can sleep up to 8 people, located in the Varandas do Lago development, near the area of Vale do Garrão, with its beautiful beach and popular beach restaurants.

The resorts of Dunas Douradas, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are all a short drive from the villa, where you will find a choice of 6 championship golf courses, tennis centres, horse riding, a host of fantastic International restaurants, and many other resort facilities.

This recently refurbished villa is built over two levels and has the benefit of air conditioning and fiber Internet throughout. Parking for one car is provided on the gated drive, in front of the property.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into a spacious, open plan dining/ living room.

The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and 8 chairs.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace and a large TV with International cable TV channels. Two sets of patio doors take you out to the large, partially covered, terrace and 5 steps leading up to the gated pool area.

To the left of the entrance is a the modern, fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, two ovens, electric hob, dishwasher, and microwave. Patio doors lead out to the terrace with exterior dining table and BBQ area.

A washing machine is found in the laundry area.

There is a guest WC on this level.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and have use of a shared bathroom (bath with overhead shower). One bedroom has a window overlooking the garden and the other has patio doors opening out to the rear terrace and pool area.

The Master bedroom furnished with a double bed has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower). Patio doors open out to a lovely, shared terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. Steps take you up to an additional roof terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area.

Bedroom two is a twin room, with en-suite shower room. This room also has patio doors out to the shared first floor terrace with access to the roof terrace.

The Outside Area

The front of the property is landscaped established plants and lawns, providing a pleasant welcome.

The rear of the property is split over two levels, providing two designated spaces.

The lower level is a spacious, partially covered, terrace and outdoor entertainment area, furnished with comfortable exterior lounge furniture, a large, circular dining table and 8 chairs alongside a brick built, charcoal barbeque, a pool table, and a table tennis table.

The upper level is separated from the terrace with a planted dividing wall and gate, this is where the large swimming pool (16m x 6m) is found, surrounded by paving and furnished with 8 quality sun loungers. There is a poolside shower and small area of lawn. Plenty of parasols are provided for shade. Pool heating is available at a supplementary cost.
