The Living Areas

As you enter the villa, you are welcomed into a bright, spacious open plan living room including the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas.

This space has three sets of floor to ceiling sliding doors which open out to the covered terraces, pool, and garden area and bring lots of natural light into the room.

The living area is furnished with a large black leather sofa and comfortable armchair set in front of a wood burning fireplace and large, wall mounted TV with a selection of international channels.

The large modern dining table and 6 chairs are perfectly located adjacent to the kitchen area.

The modern kitchen has been refurbished in a bright white and is equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday including a fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

A washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are provided for your use during your stay.

The Bedrooms

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

Both rooms are double rooms, each with an en suite shower/bathroom. Both rooms have direct access via patio doors to the pool and garden area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. A private terrace is accessed via patio doors which is furnished with 2 sun loungers and has views over the garden and pool.

Outside Area

The beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and terracotta tiled terraces, surrounded by neighbouring umbrella pine trees, is fully enclosed and furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The large swimming pool and poolside shower are perfect for cooling down on a hot, sunny day. There is an exterior dining space adjacent to a gas BBQ and sink area for wonderful Al Fresco family meals with a glass of delicious Portuguese wine.
