Lovely, clean villa! 6 adults staying and there was plenty space for everyone. Great private pool with a great view over the golf course. Air con could have been a bit cooler as it wouldn't go lower that 18degrees and it was still very hot.

Wonderful Villa in a beautiful location. The beach, Golf club, restaurants are in a walk able distance. Uber's are super cheap and readily available so you dont really need a car. If you do have a car, parking is plentiful close by. Apolonia Supermarket delivers to your door so no need to shop. Sharon & Carol, were quick and courteous responding during the booking process and resolved a minor issue at the villa promptly and without fuss within the hour. We have already made enquiries re a stay next year. Thanks to all the team at Rent Villas Algarve!

We have rented through Rent Villas Algarve twice now and will continue to use them. They are have a great range of high quality properties and because they are local, they know all the villas personally. This means they can provide genuinely expert information and advice. Once in the Algarve, Sharon and Carol make sure you have everything you need and are on hand to solve any problems very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them for their local knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. It is so nice to deal with real people rather than an anonymous website - the personal touch goes a long way!

This villa is just perfect - it is really well equipped and homely and the location is fantastic. An easy 10 minute (or less) walk to both the Praca/beach and the tennis centre. Lovely view down the fairway and the added interest of people passing by and teeing off on the 15th knowing that you are not in the firing line of any bad shots! A lovely place - if we hadn't already re-booked, our friends would have nabbed it!

Perfect location in the heart of Vale de Lobo. 10 mins walks to the beach and Praca. Ideally situated on the 15th hole of the golf course meaning it is extremely quiet with fantastic views. 2 bedrooms on the bottom with a shared bathroom and a further bedroom with en suite and private terrace make this a fantastic option for families. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc and the lounge features a number of large sofas and TV with access to UK channels. Outside there are 8 sun loungers (4 upstairs and 4 downstairs) meaning you can move between the two with ease. The pool is south facing and ideal for a dip when it gets too hot. Couldn't fault the booking process, Carol and Sharon were on hand to answer questions and provide all the information required. They even sorted us a cot and highchair. Would recommend a car just for getting to the supermarket. It is at least a 20 min walk away. However, you can order online for the supermarket to deliver direct to your door. The Praca is fantastic for children, lots of entertainment and family friendly restaurants,my advice would be to book in advance as they get quite busy.

Lovely family villa located on the 15th hole of the Royal Golf course within easy walking distance of the Praca and the beach, the views looking down the 15th fairway to the ocean are exceptional. All family members were genuinely surprised by the range and quality of amenities that the villa offered, plus we all appreciated the pool towels and small parasols that were provided for our use. The villa has plenty of sunbathing spaces to use on both the lower and upper terraces, it was particulary nice having our breakfast in the morning sun on the upper terrace area, all in all this is a quality villa in an easy to access location that has enough space and amenities to accommodate a large family
