This extremely well located, 2 bedroom semi detached townhouse, is located in the heart of the popular resort of Vale do Lobo, just a few minutes walk from the beach and Praca, with its choice of restaurants and bars and (from May to October) nightly live music.
Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses, a tennis centre, and Spa and fitness centre. There is also a kids club and mini golf to entertain the smaller members of your party.
The property is has air conditioning and WiFi throughout and is built over various levels with small flights of stairs between each level.
As you enter the property, you step into the comfortable lounge furnished with two sofas and TV including satellite channels and DVD player. There is a seperate WC adjoining the living room.
5 steps lead up from the lounge area, to the kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The adjoining dining area has a table with seats for four people.
The Master bedroom is located just off the kitchen/ dining area. This room is furnished with a double bed, and has an en suite bathroom.
A small flight of steps take you up to another level, here you will find a twin bedroom with patio doors to a Juliet balcony and adjacent shower room.
Steps lead up from the twin bedroom level to a lovely roof terrace, furnished with two sunloungers, a portable BBQ and table and chairs, a perfect spot to relax and unwind amoung the trees top of the umbrella pine trees in the surrounding communal gardens.
Outside the front of the property is a terrace with a table and seating area.

How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due eight weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.

We had a lovely stay in 47 Vale do Lobo. Everything was as described in the write-up of the property and it was very comfortable. The roof top terrace was a lovely space to sit and read in the late afternoon sun. Another bonus was the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely return to this property and would have no hesitation in recommending it (we were only 2 in number but there is plenty of space for 4 people).
This was our 2nd visit to this town house - and again everything was perfect. It's in an ideal location - a lovely quiet area and only a 5 minute stroll down to the beach and Pracca where you have lots of lovely restaurants to choose from - entertainment in the evenings - and my fave Beach Bar that is a perfect end to the day watching the sun set. There are many restaurants outside the Vale do Lobo resort so a car is really needed - especially so you can drive to the local gypsy market on Wednesday morning for lots of bargains (and bags!!!). You will not be disappointed with this accommodation - its spotlessly clean, has everything you need and the maids seem to come every other day for a quick clean. PERFECT.
We loved our house in Vale de Lobo. It was right beside beach and restaurants. House really well equipped, dishwasher etc. We booked with Rent Villas Algarve who could not have been more helpful. See you next year.
Our son had visited Vale Do Lobo on many occasions and suggested we give it a try for a last minute booking, what a good call, seamless booking process, great accommodation with everything you need, spotless, great housekeeping service, thanks to Sharon and Carol who answered all our queries and met us on arrival, 2 min walk to bars/pool/eateries/beach, recommend a car if you want to wander, great restaurants in vicinity, fabulous beach, golf club very welcoming, well stocked supermarket nearby if you want to do the full self catering thing, had a great holiday and would definitely recommend.
Spent a great week here at this split level townhouse. 3 minute walk from the Praca and beach, Carol and Sharon very helpful throughout the booking process and resolved a couple of minor issues during our stay. Would highly recommend this property for a great holiday.
