The Living Areas

As you enter this lovely villa, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall which leads into a spacious, split level living room, separated into two lounge areas with comfortable sofas, one set up for watching the TV and the other for relaxing. A Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday, as well as having the Lazer cable TV channels including many English speaking channels, is provided.  There is also a dining area with a table and 8 chairs. Patio doors slide open to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden with further seating and dining options.

Leading off from the entrance hall is a beautiful fully equipped L shaped kitchen with eating area, including a large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. The adjoining utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine.

Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom and a study with a desk and sofa bed that can accommodate one extra person.

Bedroom 5 - is fitted with 2 single beds, and has a en suite bathroom with shower. Patio doors lead out to a terrace with seating. 

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor:

Bedroom 1 - Large double bedroom with king size bed (can be set up as a twin) with large en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Sliding doors to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 - Double room with en suite shower room.

Outside areas

The private pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by paving with and set up with 10 comfortable sun loungers.

Covered terraces leading from the villa are furnished with comfortable out door sofas for relaxing and a large wooden dining table with seating for 10 with a gas BBQ, for some fabulous al fresco BBQ dining.

The gardens surrounding the property is beautifully maintained garden with views to the golf course.
