Thia villa is located within walking distance from Quinta Do Lago beach and the 'Quinta Shopping' complex with its choice of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. There is also a choice of six golf courses nearby.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of:
A comfortably furnished, sunny lounge. The lounge has double patio doors leading out to the terrace area overlooking the pool, garden and ocean beyond. There is a log burning fire, large, flat screen TV with cable TV channels, including Sky sports and a DVD player
There is a separate dining room with seating for 6 people, also boasting patio doors out to the terrace.
Located next to the dining area is the well equipped modern kitchen with a seating area for 6 people. There is an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room where you can find the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The 2nd bedroom is a double with en suite bathroom. Doors lead out to a private terrace with those lovely views.
Outside are the delightful landscaped gardens, including a water feature and gazebo with a hammock. The gardens are set over two levels. There is a shaded terrace running the length of the property with seating areas for dining or relaxing in. Down a few steps takes you to the pool area where is plenty of garden furniture to lounge on around the large pool measuring approximately 13m x 6m. The pool can be heated at a supplement. There is a separate shaded dining area outside with the choice of traditional or gas barbeque, overlooking the pool for those al fresco evenings.
