The villa is located approximately 3.5km from Quinta de Lago beach and within walking distance to "Quinta shopping" complex with its choice of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket, which is just 1.5km away. There is also a choice of six golf courses nearby.
The property is approached via electric entrance gates onto a large parking area, has an alarm and enjoys the benefits of air conditioning and under floor heating throughout. Wireless broadband internet access is available. The accommodation is built over three floors.
This beautiful house is accessed through large wooden double front doors into an amazing entrance hall, featuring a stunning brick built domed ceiling and impressive twin staircases either side leading up to a gallery style landing. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor.

Bedroom 5 is located on this level, it can be set up as a twin or a double room and has an en suite shower room. This room does receive natural light via a high window.
Ground floor accommodation
A tastefully furnished, open plan lounge dining area. The lounge has large patio doors opening out to a terrace overlooking the pool and golf course beyond. Three large sofas sit in front of a log burning fireplace. The dining area, which is separated slightly from the lounge area by an archway and 2 steps, has a large table and seating for 8 people.
A very well equipped modern kitchen with another feature, brick built, ceiling. The central island houses an oven, large 6 ring gas hob and breakfast bar seating. There is also a microwave, two fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The TV room is located off the kitchen, and is modern and comfortable with a wood effect gas fire. There is a flat screen TV with cable TV channels including sky sports and a DVD player. Double patio doors lead out to the poolside terrace.

Features include a pond/water feature, cobbled pathways, a shaded Pagoda and a lovely raised barbeque area with gas barbeque and seating. The shaded terraces coming from the main house take you down a few steps to the pool area where is plenty of garden furniture to lounge on around the large pool measuring approximately 12m x 6m. The pool can be heated at a supplement.

Pool heating is available at a supplement of £330 per week.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due eight weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
