Large living area with full length windows on one side opening out to a wraparound terrace furnished for dining and seating, making the most of the wonderful views on offer.

The living area is furnished with three comfortable sofas and large TV with DVD player, including many International and UK channels and Sky sports.

The dining area is furnished with a large table comfortably seating ten people.

Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen fully fitted with a central island containing a double oven, gas and electric hob and grill, two American style fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Three bedrooms are located on this level.

Bedroom three is a twin room with TV and DVD, a window looks out to the front entrance of this property.
