Ground floor accommodation

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into a bright, open plan living room with kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all the equipment you will need for a self-catering holiday, a large breakfast bar provides seating for indoor dining.

In the living area there are three, comfortable sofas plus arm chairs arranged in front of a wood burning fireplace and large TV with English speaking channels. Three sets of patio doors open out to a large, private terrace overlooking the shared pool and garden. The terrace is furnished for both dining and relaxing and with shading provided.

On this level there is a guest WC.

First floor accommodation

The Master bedroom, a double room with en suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. The terrace is furnished with seating to enjoy the lovely views out towards the lake.

Bedroom two is a twin room with adjacent bathroom.

Roof terrace

Leading up from the first floor you come to a private roof terrace, with fabulous views out to the lake. The terrace is furnished for dining and has a gas BBQ for your use and useful sink area.

Lower ground floor accommodation

Two further bedrooms, although located on the lower ground floor, both of these rooms have windows providing natural light.

A double with en suite shower room and a twin room with use of an adjacent bathroom.

Outside area

The large private terrace are very well furnished with various areas for seating and dining. From the main terrace there is access to the communal garden and pool area. This is shared with the few other houses on this development.

How to Book your Holiday

A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due eight weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
